By passengers and luggage together. Up to three passengers with a couple of cases goes in a standard car. Four to six travelling light goes in the MPV. Anything with several checked suitcases, a pram or oversized items goes in the Executive Van. Use the vehicle finder above and you'll see exactly what we'd assign.

With all six seats in use, a Volkswagen Sharan has very little boot left — enough for around six pieces of hand luggage, not large checked cases. For that combination we'd send the Mercedes Vito, which takes up to ten standard suitcases depending on size.
